The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was very good.

There was no pool.

Breakfast was not well taken care of. Eggs and milk were gone and not replaced for ten minutes. Orange juice was watery.

The cigarette butts scattered around the beautiful bushes woudl ve been a simple fix. It's too bad no one offered me a complimentary upgrade to. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff were very nice and polite, took care of us during 2 days stay.

Recently renovated hotel with comfy location near the couch or hot tub area. Outstanding service, very amiable staff. Large bed and reasonably large rooms. Had good central heating, flat screen cable TV and a refrigerator. Location right by food were outstanding, and West Bend, Wisconsin.

The breakfast was good with a waffle maker.

The bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable, the staff was downright rude, and the room had a nauseating smell upon arrival. It reminded me of I was locked in a nightmare throughout my stay.

The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and size. I also appreciated the good breakfast options each morning, including fresh fruits and a variety of pastries. The staff were friendly and eager to assist when I inquired about local dining options, which enhanced my visit significantly.

The room had a stale odor upon entry, and I found myself needing to borrow air freshener from the maid cart to make things more bearable. Breakfast was underwhelming, with hard, dry eggs and lackluster sausage-definitely not the quality you'd hope for. The furniture style felt dated and in need of an overhaul for a more contemporary appeal. The outside area had trash and cigarette butts, hinting at a lack of attention to hotel upkeep.

The room was clean and a good size. Two queen beds offered comfortable sleeping. Breakfast had great options. The location was close to restaurants and a grocery store 👍

The room felt clean and spacious, especially room #201. The bathroom looked well maintained, and even the water felt softer, a pleasant surprise. A constant running fan in the A/C unit provided nice white noise for a good night's sleep. Breakfast time was a highlight too-fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, and waffles, all well stocked. There were a few areas needing improvement. Lighting in the living room was lacking. We only had one lamp for the entire area. I had to move a bedside lamp from the bedroom into the living room for better lighting at night. The furniture, particularly the couch, seemed outdated and could use an upgrade. Even the closet space was minimal, only found in the bedroom. A couple of coat hooks by the door would have made things easier too. Despite these minor drawbacks, I'd honestly return to this location and explore other AmericInn options.

We enjoyed our time here! The room felt spacious and clean. The 24/7 coffee station was a wonderful perk, especially on chilly mornings, and the staff provided great dinner recommendations nearby. Don't miss out on the fresh cinnamon toast during breakfast!

I had a nice time relaxing in a spacious room with a lovely hot breakfast that had plenty of choices like waffles and fresh fruit. The jacuzzi and lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the hallway needed a bit more lighting, but it didn't ruin my vibe at all 😊
